Two new online resource areas have been produced and shared by The Carers of Dundee team.

The first new section of their website is for young adult carers who are moving on from secondary education.  The aim of the page is to give young adult carers information on support available to them within the main education bodies, plus other opportunities that they can apply for. Further details can be found via Leaving School | Carers of Dundee , please share amongst appropriate networks. 

The second new section is The Carers of Dundee School Information Portal. This area will house information on support contacts within all schools across Dundee for young carers, families and workforce. It can be viewed via https://carersofdundee.org/schools/.
