Peer Education Awards

Congratulations to our S3 peer educators who were presented with their certificates at the Hilton Hotel.

Well done to Kirsty Smith and Grant Hamilton who gave talks and to Louise Fox whosang and played the guitar.

The S3 peer educators are: Abigail Burns, Shannon Chmylowsky, Michael Doig, Shannon Dunn, Louise Fox, Marc Griffiths, Grant Hamilton, Jack Hayes,Shannon Kiddie, Bronwyn Livingstone, Melissa Lonie, Meghan Lynch, Rebekah Maxwell, Megan McCurley, Danielle McLaren, Sean McNamee, Lynn Rollo, Kirsty Smith, Vhairi Urquhart and Iona Young.

They also to met with Susan Leslie LTScotland to who is visiting the school to see good practice and real examples of Health and wellbeing in action.

Susan was accompanied on her visit by Tracey Stewart QIO.

They also met with Mrs Linsday to hear about the ‘Feel Good Factor’, visited the YMU and saw the P7 transition video.

Thanks to all who showed the school in such good light and were able to demonstrate where we are leading in the area of Health and wellbeing.
